As a Triangle native and a REALTOR, one thing I`ve learned is people want to know...
"What`s going on?"

Usually this is about real estate; sometimes when I`m helping people who are thinking about moving to the Triangle they want to know the "real" answer about what is good and bad about each area. As someone who was born in Durham, went to school in Raleigh, then worked in Durham, found my wife in Chapel Hill, have always lived in North Carolina, and have owned and sold homes all over the area since 1996, I have a well-informed perspective on "what`s going on."

Every time I`m around a group of people, someone always ask "What`s going on with the market?" And I love answering it - because I know they want to know how the market is doing - whether it`s good times or the recent uncertainty. Every cycle of the real estate market has strengths and challenges. For most people, their home is and will always be their single largest expense, and their greatest investment. So I want to give them a great, accurate answer!

Since I can`t go out to eat, to a party, or to a civic function every night, I realized it was time to begin sharing my thoughts in an easy to find and quick method that friends, existing clients, new clients, and just those people curious about the market could get to easily.
